Workshop with Carrie Newcomer
Carrie will lead a workshop at St. Paul's the evening of Thursday, November 18. There will be a light supper at 5:30pm (for reservations call 517.482.9554) Following supper, the workshop, entitled: "When the Soul's Deep Gladness Meets the World's Great Need: Exploring Spirit and Vocation", will be from 6:30-8:30. This workshop is based on the idea that our lives are more than our work, and our work is more than our jobs. It is designed to help participants explore what they love deeply, can infuse their work and lives. Those looking to pursue work with purpose and heart are encouraged to participate in this workshop, which may utilize writing, Quaker clearness method, discussion, and other tools.
